Access to quality fitness equipment is crucial to helping officers improve their physical abilities and stay in peak condition. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) aims to establish a one (1) year contract, with the option to renew for four (4) additional 12-month periods, for the purchase of gym equipment on as-needed basis. Contract award will depend on the availability of budgetary funding and will be granted to the lowest, most responsible, responsive bidder. This contract will serve all departments within the RSO.
Bidders should be aware that the County may award a contract based solely on the initial submissions. Therefore, all pricing must reflect the bidder’s most competitive and complete offer. Additionally, all quoted prices should be detailed and inclusive of any associated costs.
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive delivery service that includes several key steps: uncrating or unboxing the equipment, professional installation, calibrating the machinery for optimal performance, and disposing of any associated cardboard packaging.
This delivery service is categorized as “white glove,” as outlined in “Exhibit C,” which indicates a high level of care and attention throughout the delivery process. RELEASE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION 09/01/2026 DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS Bidders must submit their questions online at PublicPurchase.com.

Must be submitted by: Date: 09/09/2026 Time: 1:30 PM Pacific Time DEADLINE FOR QUOTATION SUBMITTAL Bid results are posted on PublicPurchase.com 09/15/2026 at 1:30 PM Pacific Time TENTATIVE DATE FOR AWARDING CONTRACT 5-90 days, contingent upon lowest bidder meeting all of the bid specifications.
