CITY OF SHORELINE UNIT PRICED CONTRACT INVITATION TO BID PROJECT TITLE: Annual Stormwater Vactor Maintenance BID 1380710 BID DUE DATE: No later than June 3, 2026, 2:00 PM, Pacific Local Time Exactly I.
CALL FOR BID Sealed bids will be received electronically through the City of Shoreline’s bidding website at www.publicpurchase.com. Bids are Due No Later Than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time, according to the time on the PublicPurchase.com system, on June 3, 2026, at which time bids will be unsealed and publicly read.
The City of Shoreline seeks a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs of the City for the category of work referenced in the Project Title above.
The work shall include, but is not limited to, stormwater drainage cleaning, catch basins, pipes, ditches, detention tanks, vaults, CCTV, and associated work tasks including traffic control. All bidding shall be based upon compliance with the Bid Documents, Contract Plans, and Contract Provisions. Estimated Annual Contract Value $116,665 No site visit is planned for this project.
Term The initial term of this Contract shall be three (3) years with the City having the option to renew for one additional year and shall not exceed $350,000, including Washington State sales tax, whichever occurs first.

Instructions for accessing and registering for notifications on publicpurchase.com are also provided on the City website at shorelinewa.gov/bidsandrfps.
