Which plan fits you

Solo is for contractors who bid where they build — most subcontractors and local general contractors work one state. Your 10 saved searches can each watch a different trade, agency type, or job-size range, and the 7am digest only includes bids that match at least one of them.

All-Access is for contractors who cross state lines — regional subs, traveling specialty trades, and estimators covering multiple markets. It opens all 48 states and raises the cap to 50 saved searches, so one account can watch every market you work.

What you’re paying for

The subscription pays for the monitoring you would otherwise do by hand. BidRanger checks federal SAM.gov, state Departments of Transportation, and hundreds of city, county, and special-district portals every 12 hours, classifies each new bid by trade and project type, and sends you only the ones that match your filters. One morning email replaces the daily round of portal logins — and a single won bid pays for years of the subscription.

Enterprise bid platforms typically sell through a sales call, price by custom quote, and require an annual contract. BidRanger’s pricing is public, monthly, and self-serve — what you see on this page is the whole price.

Pricing FAQ

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Browsing the full bid dashboard across all 48 states is free — no account required and no trial clock. The paid plans add the daily 7am email digest filtered to your trade, state, and job size, so the new bids come to you instead of you checking the dashboard.

What is the difference between Solo and All-Access?

Solo ($19.99/month) covers one state of your choice with up to 10 saved searches. All-Access ($49.99/month) covers all 48 states with up to 50 saved searches. Everything else — the daily 7am digest, trade classification, and every dashboard feature — is identical on both plans.

Do I need a contract?

No. Both plans are month-to-month with no setup fees, no annual commitment, and no sales call. You can cancel anytime from your account billing portal and your access continues through the end of the billing period.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — refund requests within 30 days are honored, no questions asked. Email rory@bidrangerai.com and it will be sorted out.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — switch between Solo and All-Access anytime from your account billing portal. Paddle handles the proration automatically, so you only ever pay for what you use.

How is payment handled?

Checkout and billing run through Paddle as Merchant of Record, the same billing platform used by thousands of software companies. BidRanger never sees or stores your card number.
