If BidRanger isn't useful for you, we'll refund your first subscription payment within 30 days of the charge — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email rory@bidrangerai.com from the address on your account within 30 days of your first charge. Include:

  • Your account email
  • The date of the charge (or the Stripe receipt number)

We process refunds within 3 business days. The credit usually appears on your card 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

What's eligible

  • First subscription charge. Full refund within 30 days.
  • Plan changes. When you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates immediately — you're billed (or credited) for the difference. Those proration charges are not separately refundable; the 30-day window attaches to your original first charge.
  • Subsequent renewals. Monthly renewals after the first month are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past ones. Manage your subscription anytime at /account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then stops.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us $15 in fees regardless of outcome and we'd rather just refund you. We've never declined a refund request made in good faith within the 30-day window.
