Terms of Service

By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

BidRanger aggregates publicly-available construction bid solicitations from federal, state, and local government agencies across the western United States. We classify and re-publish that data so contractors can browse it in one place. Free users can browse on the dashboard. Paid users additionally receive a daily email digest filtered to their preferences.

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email rory@bidrangerai.com immediately.

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account billing portal at /account.
• When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then stops.
• When you upgrade or downgrade, Stripe prorates the difference and bills/credits the change immediately.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email. Existing subscriptions keep the price they signed up for through the end of their current billing period.
• We use Stripe to process all payments. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If the service isn't useful for you, email rory@bidrangerai.com within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. See the full Refund Policy for details on partial refunds, plan changes, and renewals.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish our classified data outside personal use.
• Resell BidRanger access or share your account.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages to bidding agencies.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use the service for anything illegal.

The underlying bid solicitations are public records published by government agencies — we don't claim ownership of that source data. The structure, classification, summaries, risk-flag analysis, and presentation produced by BidRanger are our property and are licensed to you for personal use as a paying or free user only.

You retain ownership of your account data and any saved searches.

BidRanger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Bid data is aggregated from third-party sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. We aren't responsible for bids you miss because they weren't on our list, weren't classified the way you expected, or were posted after our last scrape. Always verify bid details on the source agency's portal before submitting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities (including bids you didn't win).

You can delete your account anytime by emailing rory@bidrangerai.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Sections that should reasonably survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue after.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming state or federal court.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
