The Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from prospective service providers (Consultants) to provide on-call architectural, engineering and/or cost estimating services.
The Department intends to establish multiple on-call professional services contracts through this RFP process. Selected consultants will enter into master agreements with the County for a defined term and not-to-exceed maximum compensation amounts.
The award of an agreement shall not be taken as guaranteeing a minimum level of services. Services will be authorized through written task orders issued by the Department on an as-needed basis. Each task order will define the specific scope, deliverables, schedule, and compensation for the assigned project.
