The City intends to partner with an experienced organization capable of delivering competent, trauma-informed services that reduce risk factors and increase protective factors among youth.
The selected vendor will serve a minimum of 30 youth from the ages 12 - 18, annually through structured programming that includes mentoring circles, counseling services, individualized success planning, enrichment activities, and community engagement opportunities.
The initiative prioritizes measurable outcomes related to school engagement, social-emotional development, violence reduction, and family stability.
