SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to modify the existing fire alarm systems to accommodate new fire-rated doors with EMF/EMR Series Holder/Release device with integral door closer, control relays, and associated reprogramming of the fire alarm systems and three door replacements as indicated herein and as shown on the drawings.
