The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH) is soliciting quotations from organizations who are qualified to provide safe, reliable, professional transportation services to residents (students) and staff of Riverside County who are participating in Friday Night Live (FNL) prevention activities, Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program, and Prevention Services as detailed in this RFQ.
It is the intent of Riverside University Health System-Behavioral Health to enter into an agreement with one or more Contractor(s) who shall furnish, operate and maintain, to include dispatching and monitoring, of all school buses for the transportation of any students and accompanying staff as may be required at such times, days, and places within and outside of Riverside County as may be specified by the DIRECTOR or their designee.
In the furnishing of student transportation services under the resulting agreement, the awarded Contractor(s) agrees to comply with and observe all provisions of the California Education Code, Vehicle Code, Administrative Code, and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations as prescribed by the State of California, State Department of Education, the State Board of education, State and Federal Department of Transportation, and any other state agency, and the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
The service shall include provisions of all transportation equipment, apparatus, facilities, personnel, and materials, as required by law or per specifications herein. (PLEASE REFER TO RFQ DOCUMENT FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS)
