https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time).
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a Contract with one or two qualified Consultants for the provision of structural inspection services in respect of bridges, piers and culverts for which the City has maintenance responsibility.
Inspections and reporting shall be in accordance with current regulations and requirements of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS).
Notice: The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C.§§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this solicitation/advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
