The County of Riverside on behalf of its Housing and Workforce Solutions, Workforce Development (HWS/WDD) is seeking Eligible Bidder(s) to provide Layoff Aversion Services with demonstrated experience in business engagement, rapid response activities, analysis of business operations, and implementation of strategies that help avert layoffs.
