The purpose of this RFQ is to define the County's minimum requirements, solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ), and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services offered by responding firms.
The County seeks firms capable of supporting capital improvement projects and land use entitlement applications through services that may include California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, environmental review and documentation, hazardous materials testing and inspection, geotechnical support, and land use planning.
Responding firms may respond to one or more service areas. Selected firms will enter into on-call master agreements and may be assigned work on a project-by-project or task-by-task basis.
