Submit no later than June 26, 2026, 4:00 P.M. exactly Pacific Local Time The City of Shoreline (“City”) is soliciting proposals from individuals or firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing professional, customer-focused, environmentally sustainable janitorial services for the City.
The City operates a total of twenty-five (25) facilities at various locations, ranging from professional offices at Shoreline City Hall to recreational centers and maintenance facilities, to stand-alone park restrooms.
The term of this contract shall be one (1) year beginning on August 1, 2026. The contract shall automatically renew for up to four (4) additional one-year terms for a total possible contract life of five (5) years. This contract is subject to prevailing wage rates in effect on the bid due date.
The selected vendor is required to pay, at a minimum, the applicable prevailing wage rates. The Vendor’s employees’ wages shall be altered biannually to recognize and follow the most recently promulgated increases in prevailing wages. Any price or rate increases made as a result of a change in prevailing wages will be compensated by the City. This RFP and any issued Addenda are published on publicpurchase.com.
