If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment K “Contract” and all terms and conditions of thi s RFP a s well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit bids/proposals from qualified independent consultants or consulting firms to manage and coordinate this critical planning phase. The selected partner will lead a comprehensive, data-driven needs assessment and develop a sustainable, resilient collaborative framework to reduce gun and group-related youth violence within our city.
