https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix/projects/256149The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Exclusive Pouring Rights at the Phoenix Convention Center, Symphony Hall and Orpheum Theater of non-alcoholic bottled, canned, and fountain beverage products within the Phoenix Convention Center, Venues, and City-managed parking facilities (“Facilities”). The agreement will include a five (5) year term with one (1) five (5) -year renewal option.
The contract will commence on or about January 1, 2027, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein, or on the “Effective Date,” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s Department as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. This solicitation is available through the City’s Procurement Portal.
