Forbes (“Camp Forbes”) Master Plan (“the Master Plan”). The selected Proposer will work with the City to produce an actionable, phased plan that defines Camp Forbes’ role within the City’s recreation system and provides a clear path for operational and capital decision-making.
The project development will be administered by the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects (MOCAP), in coordination with the Department of Parks & Recreation. MOCAP is responsible for administering the City’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for all City-owned facilities, outdoor spaces, and infrastructure through its three divisions: Division of Architecture & Site Development, Division of Engineering & Construction, and Division of Real Estate.
