Provide, install, and program PECO T85320cc-1 thermostat, add wire mold conduit and new conventional, thermostat wiring. Perform, document, and provide copy of start-up on all units. Provide 1 year labor and parts warranty. All work to be done Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm.
This solicitation will be broken in 4 service lines, which will be treated as 4 projects, and awards will be made on a line by line basis. All projects could be awarded to one vendor if they are the apparent low for each, or multiple awards may be made.
