The proposed Crane Creek Greenway Section B project consists of combination of concrete pathway, retaining wall structure and boardwalks including two bridges.
Bridge A over Smith Branch to be a concrete slab structure capable of carrying heavy construction and maintenance vehicles. Bridge B over Crane Creek to be a pre-engineered pedestrian structure.
Project also includes the installation of light poles, park benches, waste receptacles, dog waste stations and emergency call boxes. The total length of the project is 3600 LF beginning at the Columbia Canal headgates and extending northward along the eastern embankment of the Broad River terminating at Crane Creek.
