This initiative is being conducted under a grant to engage with community members, gather input, and collect and analyze data related to the City’s current crisis and emergency response system, including community experiences and perceptions .
The information gathered through this process will be used to obtain feedback and inform strategies that support community well-being, public safety, and related initiatives. Up to $100,000 of funding is available for this initiativ e. The project period is no longer than 12 months. A pre-proposal conference will be held via Teams. At or before the conference, interested parties may submit or ask questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal and the services requested .
Prospective proposers are encouraged to attend the conference; however, attendance is not mandatory. It is preferred that the consultant has previous experience delivering similar services for public safety departments, particularly in conducting community forum events. All f ee proposals shall be submitted via OpenGov in a separate electronic file that is clearly labeled .
