Trailer Bid Notification Crook County Natural Resource District (CCNRD) is looking for a flatbed trailer that will be used for the hauling of District equipment. Bids must provide detailed information on trailer features.
The selected trailer will be inspected by a mechanic of the CCNRD’s choice prior to committing to purchase. The CCNRD will work with the bidder to identify the mechanic of choice. Bidders should deliver the vehicle to the mechanic for inspection while the CCNRD will cover the inspection bill provided by the mechanic.
Vehicle must be delivered to Sundance, Wyoming 82729. Preference will be given to the vehicle that meets the listed requirements, preferred options and is within our budget. Trailer Requirements: Greater than 16ft long bed Minimum of 7,000lbs tandem axles $7,000 or less 16” Tires 10 ply tire minimum Trailer Preferences (not required) Tilt bed Wench on the trailer nose Bids are due May 22nd, 2026, by 5:00 pm.
All bids must be labeled to identify them as sealed bids. Bids mailed to the office need to be post marked by May 20th, 2026, by 12:00 pm. The top three bids will be notified by June 10 th , 2026. Bids can be submitted via Public Purchase or mailed to CCNRD at P.O. Box 1070 Sundance, WY 82729. Bids will not be considered if they are received after May 20th at 5:00 pm, unless they were postmarked by 12:00 pm on May 20 th , 2026.
The CCNRD reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, or accept any bid which in its sole and absolute judgment that best serves the interest of the CCNRD. The CCNRD Board of Supervisors reserves the right to select the vehicle that will accomplish the goals of the CCNRD which will be determined by majority. Preference will be awarded to in-state and in-county vehicles that meet our needs.
