Please furnish prices and complete responses in the spaces provided on the attached Pricing Schedules A,B. Attach additional sheets for additional information, as needed.
It is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to return responses by the time and date stated. Quotation Responses may be delivered to: Kern County Purchasing Attn: Lionel Gonzalez 1115 Truxtun Avenue, 3rd Floor GS Bakersfield, CA 93301 or submitted through Public Purchase, Bid "PA-161 Fire 2026".
The Bid must appear on the outside of the envelope of delivered responses, or on the uploaded file in Public Purchase. The County reserves the right to split awards if advantageous to the County. The County reserves the right to negotiate minor deviations from the prescribed terms and conditions and requirements with the selected vendor(s).
