Key Scope Items

• Compile existing Keweenaw Bay Indian Community (KBIC) streamflow and groundwater elevation hydrologic data collected 1950–2026
• Cover study basins: Sturgeon River, Lake Superior Tributaries, Falls River, Silver River, Slate River, Ravine River, Headwaters Michigamme Creek
• Format data as machine-readable file (.csv, Excel, or shapefile) with measurement values, dates, and lat/long coordinates
• Provide written or verbal feedback on groundwater model results within context of local water resource knowledge
• Participate in iterative model review meetings with USGS groundwater modelers (quarterly check-in calls minimum)
• Review model outputs (depth to groundwater maps, groundwater contributions to streams) against field observations

• SAM.gov registration required (active Unique Entity ID)

• No compensation for response development; submitted materials not returned
