Contractor shall be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as pre-approved sources of supply, however there is no guarantee of any work following contract award.
Fixed Priced Bidding Information Any pricing provided by Contractor shall include all costs for performing the work associated with that price. Except as otherwise provided in this solicitation, contractor's price shall be fixed for the duration of this contract, including optional terms. This clause does not prohibit contractor from offering lower pricing after award.
This solicitation shall remain open for bidders that furnish evidence of responsibility and responsiveness to the requirements as set forth in this solicitation. After the initial submittal due date, bids will be accepted in accordance to the stated submittal due date for each year. Responsive and responsible Bidders will be added to the approved QPL on an annual basis.
