The Project will support the Airport’s transition to all-electric operations by upgrading terminal electrical infrastructure to enable tenant kitchen electrification and upgrading airside electrical ground service equipment (eGSE) charging infrastructure.
Terminal Electrical Improvement The Project will include evaluating and upgrading electrical infrastructure serving tenant kitchen spaces to support a transition to fully electric operations. Contractor shall propose solutions that address system capacity, distribution, and readiness while performing Work in active terminal environments and minimizing impacts on tenants and Airport operations through appropriate phasing.
Airside Charging Infrastructure The Project will also include improvements to airside eGSE charging infrastructure, supported by software-based monitoring capabilities. Contractor shall assess existing charging assets and propose upgrades, replacements, or repairs to improve reliability and performance. Contractor shall also provide or integrate software to support monitoring, operational visibility, and basic performance reporting.
