The City of Tualatin, Oregon, is requesting proposals from consultants to develop a Downtown Tualatin Urban Design Framework and Design Standards. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically through the City of Tualatin BidLocker portal at
https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon/BidLockerProposals must be submitted electronically through the BidLocker portal no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on July 24, 2026. Submissions by any other method will not be accepted.
Proposals received after the closing deadline will not be considered. This solicitation is for personal services under ORS Chapter 279B.
All proposers are required to comply with applicable provisions of Oregon law and the City of Tualatin Public Contracting Rules. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable law and the City's Public Contracting Rules.
