The State Construction Department of the State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. on August 7, 2026 , for the Wyoming Dept. of Family Service's Furniture & Equipment project at the Wyoming Girls School, Stolt Hall, located at 3500 Big Horn Ave, Sheridan, Wyoming.
Project Description: This project will consist of furniture and equipment and installation for the new Wyoming Girls School, Stolt Hall, Sheridan, Wyoming. Products to be bid include office and classroom furnishings, storage and specialty shelving, fitness equipment, appliances, construction and welding equipment, technology equipment.
All products to be delivered and installed (unless installation by others noted) per Specifications and Drawings. The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from:

Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations.
Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 24, 2026.
All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on July 31, 2026.
Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on July 24, 2026, will not be addressed. Substitution Requests must be emailed to Ann Borsheim ( ann@qc10 architects.com ), Sydnee Ordahl ( sydnee@qc10architects.com ), and Chris Pollock christopher.pollock@wyo.gov no later than the deadline for submission of questions. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
