The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department. The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be upon October 1, 2026, or the Effective Date, whichever is later. The term of this Agreement will be for seven (7) years, beginning on the Commencement Date, with no options to extend.
