The City of Tualatin requests proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the Seismic Valve Improvements Capital Project. Please do not submit any pricing information unless specifically requested by the City. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 17, 2026, via BidLocker at

All proposers are required to comply with the applicable provisions of the Oregon Public Contracting Code and the City of Tualatin Public Contracting Rules. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
