The City has been a member of ICRMA for many years and is conducting a competitive evaluation of the full JPA market. Proposals are due no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides information on the City of Fullerton, the required scope of services, the consultant/contractor selection process, and the minimum information that must be included in the RFP Response.
