Bid #27-0674 - Wyoming Boys School Roof Replacements - State Construction Dept.

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the State Construction Department, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 31, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Roof Replacement project at the Wyoming Boys School, located in Worland, Wyoming.

Project Description: This project will consist of the replacement of single-ply membrane roofs on four dormitory buildings and a portion of the maintenance building at the Wyoming Boys School. The work includes removal of all existing roofing; deck repairs as needed; furnishing and installation of all roofing materials, flashing, and trims; and removal and replacement of any areas of wet insulation.

Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations.

Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on August 17, 2026.

All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on August 21, 2026.

Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 17, 2026, will not be addressed.

Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. MT on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
