This project includes providing assistance in determining the preferred public works contracting method as defined in RCW Chapter 39.10; and, if necessary, making application to and receiving approval for such contracting method from the State of Washington Project Review Committee (PRC), established under RCW 39.10.240 through RCW 39.10.290.
This RFP and any issued Addenda are published on publicpurchase.com. Instructions for registering and accessing publicpurchase.com are also provided on the City website at shorelinewa.gov/bidsandrfps. Interested parties can sign up to receive notification of any published additions for this project on publicpurchase.com, however, it is the Respondent’s sole responsibility to review all project documents published on publicpurchase.com.
The City intends to execute an Agreement for Services (sample attached) with the successful Consultant for an initial term of eight months. The City reserves the right to retain services of the selected Consultant for any subsequent phases of this project as outlined below. The anticipated maximum total compensation to the Consultant for services under the awarded agreement in Phase 1 and potential Phase 2 will not exceed $80,000 for the duration of the agreement period, unless amended.
