https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/rva/projects/285575The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Hobby Hill Lake Dam Rehabilitation project (the "Project").
The Project will entail the removal and replacement of the dam and principal outlet structure, as well as the stabilization of seepage through the dam using a blanket, chimney, and foundation drain (the "Work"). The Work, more particularly described below in the Statement of Work, also includes demolition of existing hydraulic structures, maintenance of buffer zone of dam slopes, construction of the new dam, roadway elements, and associated spillway and drainage structures.
