The selected consultant shall be required to follow all State and Federal laws and regulations. The Consultant shall meet the appropriate minimum qualifications as required by this contract.
The performance period is no greater than eighteen (18) months , with a project schedule determined by the County and the selected Consultant. The proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be used as a basis for selecting the Consultant for this project. The proposal shall not exceed sixteen (16) pages.
