https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/leoncounty/projects/293779Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide pickup, transport, and disposal of general hazardous waste from the Leon County Hazardous Waste Center (LCHWC) located at 7550 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida.
The scope also includes identifying, inventorying, packing, marking, labeling, manifesting, pickup, transport, and disposal of any unknown materials. The successful bidder must, at the time of bid submission and throughout the entire term of the contract, be a properly licensed Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF) authorized to collect, transport, recycle, store (when necessary), and dispose of hazardous waste.
The bidder shall include its EPA Identification Number and current Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration with its bid submittal.
