This project is intended to strengthen and modernize existing fire and life safety programs by ensuring full regulatory compliance, improving system reliability, and enhancing staff readiness in emergency situations. The selected vendor will play a critical role in supporting life safety operations within a secure custodial environment, where compliance with Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) standards and Cal/OSHA requirements is essential.
