Failure to comply with the requirements of this Specification may result in sanctions as provided by the Contract in accordance with Section 1-07.11 of the Special Provisions. Bidders are made aware of the requirement to include a Bidder Questionnaire (WSDOT Form 272-022) in accordance with Section 1-02.6 of the Special Provisions.
Bids that fail to include this form at the time of bid submission, or include it with incomplete, invalid, or missing information, will be deemed irregular and may be rejected in accordance with Section 1-02.13 of the Special Provisions. The Engineer's Estimate Range is $4.8M to $6.2M.
