Bid #27-0685 - Vault Restrooms within the Platte Valley Public Access Areas - Wyoming Game & Fish Dept.

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 23, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Vault Restrooms within Platte Valley Public Access Area (PAA), including the Treasure Island PAA, Foote PAA, and Sanger PAA, located near Saratoga, WY.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will be replacing up to three (3) cinder block outhouses with precast concrete outhouses. The total number replaced (removed and constructed) will be based on cost and budget availability.

This project entails the removal of up to three (3) existing restroom facilities (cinder block outhouses), the construction of up to three (3) new double pre-cast concrete vault restrooms, and the associated task of on-site delivery, excavation, offloading, and placement at the PAA locations listed above.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations.

Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on October 8, 2026.

All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on October 15, 2026.

Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 8, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.

Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
