The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 23, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Vault Restrooms within Platte Valley Public Access Area (PAA), including the Treasure Island PAA, Foote PAA, and Sanger PAA, located near Saratoga, WY.

All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on October 15, 2026.
Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 8, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
