The City’s urban forestry network include young and mature trees, a diverse species portfolio, as well as vacant planting locations. Open and Continuous Solicitation This solicitation will be open and continuous through March 16, 2031, meaning that the City will accept proposals from prospective offerors at any time through March 16, 2031.
The initial submittal period is open through 2:00pm Local AZ Time on March 16, 2026 . The City intends to review proposals twice a year, in March and September.
