RFP #27.4 - ESC-SPORTSFLOORING2027

GREENBUSH – Southeast Kansas Education Service Center is soliciting proposals for 27.4 ESC-SPORTSFLOORING2027 – Athletic, Gymnasium, and Sports Flooring Products and Services. The solicitation includes opportunities for athletic, gymnasium, and sports flooring products and systems; installation; maintenance; repair; refinishing; resurfacing; replacement; related materials and supplies; and other associated products and services for K–12 schools and other eligible participating entities.

IMPORTANT – DOWNLOAD ALL FIVE PARTS: The complete solicitation consists of five separate parts , all of which are necessary to prepare a complete response: Part 1 – General Terms and Conditions Part 2 – Technical Specifications Part 3 – Vendor Questionnaire/Technical Response Part 4 – Signature Forms and Evaluation Documents Part 5 – Pricing Workbook Respondents are responsible for downloading, reviewing, and completing all applicable requirements contained within all five parts .

Reviewing or responding to only one or some of the posted documents does not constitute a complete review or response to the solicitation. CURRENT GREENBUSH/AEPA VENDOR PARTNERS: This solicitation is the successor competitive opportunity for 22.4 ESC-SPORTSFLOORING2022 . Vendors currently awarded under 22.4 ESC-SPORTSFLOORING2022 must submit a response to 27.4 ESC-SPORTSFLOORING2027 if they wish to be considered for a new award. Existing 22.4 awards will not automatically carry forward or renew.

Vendors whose products or services are currently available through other existing GREENBUSH or AEPA cooperative contracts are not expected to submit those same offerings under this solicitation.

Such vendors may respond for additional products, manufacturers, product lines, systems, solutions, or services within the scope of 27.4 that are not currently available through their existing cooperative contract. SOLICITATION QUESTIONS: Please review all five parts of the solicitation before submitting questions.

All questions must be submitted through Public Purchase in accordance with the solicitation timeline and instructions. Each question must be submitted as a separate Public Purchase question. Do not combine multiple questions into a single submission. If clarification is needed on multiple provisions or topics, submit each as an individual question.
