Note: By no means is this quote a guarantee to purchase listed items or quantities. This request will be used as a basis to issue a blanket Purchase Order for Jul 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027. DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF BUSES AND NEED TO KEEP BUSES IN SERVICE, PO MAY BE ISSUED TO MORE THAN ONE VENDOR.

The proposed bid shall be in effect for one (1) year, with the potential to be extended two (2) additional one (1) year extensions. Columbus City Schools will provide the replacement parts necessary to repair accident damage. The selected vendor(s) should make list available to CCS parts for ordering. All repairs must be brought back to Factory Standards and able to pass OHP Inspection.
