Background The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) is soliciting quotations to establish a Blanket Purchase Order for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The blanket purchase order will be for as-needed services to appliances at our Harmony Haven Children & Youth Center located in Beaumont California. It is critical that all appliances remain fully functional to support continuous operations of facility.

Scope The vendor will provide services to include diagnostics, repairs, and parts for appliances located on-site. Appliances include: electric stove, electric dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator (stand up fridge), refrigerator, freezer (stand up freezer), washer/dryer (stack combo unit), chest freezers, compact freezers, drawer freezers.

Period of Performance October 2026 through June 30, 2027. Place of Performance Services will be on-site on an as-needed basis during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-3PM). Service location will be at The County of Riverside Harmony Haven Children & Youth Center located at 14700 Manzanita Park Rd, Beaumont, CA 92223.

Please Note -Diagnostics, repairs, and parts will be for appliances only and not the actual County dwelling/s or building structure/s. -Vendors must be active and in good standing with the following: business license, provide evidence of insurability, registered with the California Secretary of State, CA Franchise Tax Board, and SAM.gov in order to be able to submit a quote. -Payment terms to be Net 30. ***EXHIBIT A (2 pages) MUST BE COMPLETED AND BE UPLOADED IN PUBLIC PURCHASE FOR THE QUOTE TO BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE***
