ITB #26-12087 - Small Works Roster - Landscape and irrigation management at Country Homes Boulevard and associated drainage facilities

NATURE OF THE PROJECT: This Small Works Roster, Public Works project is landscape and irrigation system operations and maintenance at five (5) locations, encompassing 22 stormwater facilities or landscaped areas. Services include, but are not limited to, mowing, weed control, pruning, and irrigation system operations and repairs.

Sites include the Country Homes Boulevard median, a swale and maintenance access driveway adjacent to Country Homes Boulevard, and portions of three parcels at the intersection of Price Avenue and Wall Street, and other related miscellaneous items.

Although not a requirement to bid, it is recommended the bidder visit each site to be maintained. Engineer’s Estimate: $115,000/year with the option of two additional one-year renewals In submitting a bid, you are registered with Spokane County for the Small Works Roster in accordance with R.C.W. 39.04.155.
