Custodial Services at New Market West

Bids are requested from qualified custodial and cleaning services providers to perform daily cleaning of Home Forward’s downtown Portland headquarters. Home Forward intends to award a single contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract term will be for a maximum 5-year period beginning November 2026. To be qualified to respond, Bidders must not be debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible to contract with Home Forward, and must not be included on the General Services Administration’s “List of Parties Excluded From Federal Procurement and Non-Procurement Programs,” or the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s “Limited Denial of Participation” list.

In addition, respondents must have current and active registration in the State of Oregon Business Registry. 2. Bidders, except those who have previously provided custodial services at New Market West, are required to attend a mandatory site visit to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this scope of work and assist in producing an accurate bid.
