ITB #26088 - Sewer Pipe Defect Repair 2025

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: installation of approximately thirty-eight (38) lineal feet (LF) of 8-inch diameter PVC SDR 35 pipe; installation of approximately one thousand, ten (1,010) lineal feet (LF) of 6-inch diameter main CIPP full-length liner; installation of approximately eight thousand, five hundred and thirty-four (8,534) lineal feet (LF) of 8-inch diameter main CIPP full-length liner; installation of approximately three hundred eighty-one (381) LF of 10-inch diameter main CIPP full-length liner; installation of approximately fourteen (14) CIPP side sewer liners on multiple sized diameter mains and side sewers; installation of approximately two (2) CIPP tee liners on multiple sized diameter mains and side sewers; installation of approximately two (2) side sewer tees on multiple sized diameter mains and side sewers. installation of approximately one (1) inside drop structure on an 8” diameter main; including other related work such as mobilization / demobilization, traffic control, pipe cleaning, pre-construction and post-construction closed circuit TV (CCTV) inspection (mains and side sewers up to the edge of the right-of-way (ROW) and / or easements), water pollution and erosion control, bypass system, property restoration, record documents, trench / excavation protection, and miscellaneous work as needed to support the above activities at thirty-three (33) assets throughout the City of Bellevue as shown on the cover sheet of the Contract Plans.

For this project, the Apprentice Utilization Requirement will be 15 percent. SPECIAL CONTRACT INFORMATION The City of Bellevue has made available closed-circuit television (CCTV) video inspections of the assets for review by bidders. Bidder recognizes that failure to review pre-bid CCTV will not be cause for a claim of changed conditions. Bidders to request access to these CCTV video inspection files by emailing City Project Manager Cathi Okamura at cokamura@bellevuewa.gov.

The City of Bellevue recognizes that CCTV video inspections are not available for all pipe assets and locations and/or in some cases the CCTV video inspections may be incomplete. Note that the Contractor will perform pre-construction CCTV video inspections of all assets and will submit these inspections as part of the Submittal process in order to verify conditions and obtain City approval to proceed ahead of commencing repair work. Engineer's Estimate Range - $2,800,000 to $3,400,000
