Purpose/Background: The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of Community Action Partnership is seeking pre-qualifications packets from parties qualified in General Weatherization Services. The Community Action Partnership Department may, but is not obligated to, renew and renegotiate contract(s) annually for up to three (3) additional one-year period through June 30, 2029, contingent on the availability of funds and Contractor performance. Program Outcomes: The successful outcome of the program is that all General Weatherization service-eligible individuals have access to programs Countywide.
