Solo is for contractors who bid in one state, such as specialty subcontractors and local general contractors. You can set up to 10 saved searches, each with its own states, categories, and keywords. The 7am Eastern email includes only the bids that match at least one of them.
All-Access is for contractors who bid in more than one state, such as regional subcontractors and estimators who cover several markets. It covers all 48 states and allows up to 50 saved searches, so one account can track each market you work in.
The subscription replaces checking bid portals by hand. BidRanger checks SAM.gov for federal bids, state departments of transportation, and hundreds of city, county, and special-district portals every 24 hours. Each morning it emails you the new bids that match your saved searches, so you don’t have to log in to each portal. Project type and trade tags cover bids in every state. AI scope summaries, job locations and risk flags run for Wyoming plus every state with an active subscriber, and start automatically for a state when a subscriber for it appears.
Many bid services sell through a sales call, quote a custom price, and require an annual contract. BidRanger publishes its prices, bills month to month, and lets you sign up without talking to a salesperson. The price on this page is the full monthly price. The only addition is any sales tax or VAT your location requires, which Paddle, our Merchant of Record, calculates and shows before you pay.

Do I need a contract?
No. Both plans are month-to-month, with no setup fees, no annual commitment, and no sales call. You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage billing). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If BidRanger isn't useful to you, email rory@bidrangerai.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. To switch between Solo and All-Access, choose the other plan on this page. Paddle prorates the change immediately and charges or credits you the difference for the rest of the billing period.
How is payment handled?
Paddle handles checkout and billing as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your subscription and handles receipts and sales tax. BidRanger never sees or stores your card number.
