RFP #IT-2026-007 - Three (3) Enterprise Rack Servers with Dedicated Enterprise SAN Storage and Hyper-V Replica Disaster Recovery Server for Motorola Flex CAD/RMS

The City Council of the City of Riverton, Wyoming invites sealed bids for Three (3) Enterprise Rack Servers with Dedicated Enterprise SAN Storage and Hyper-V Replica Disaster Recovery Server for Motorola Flex CAD/RMS.

Bids shall be delivered to: Mia Harris, Administrative Services Director City of Riverton 816 North Federal Boulevard Riverton, Wyoming 82501 on or before 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) on October 22, 2026. On that date at 11:00 a.m., said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers at the City Administration Offices at 816 North Federal Boulevard, Riverton, Wyoming.

All bid documents and specifications may be obtained from

and examined during business hours at the City of Riverton, City Clerk’s Office beginning October 10, 2026. Bids shall be made on the proposal forms contained in the contract documents of the specifications, without amendment or alteration.

Each Bid shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the name of the bidder and contain the words, “Hyper-V Failover Cluster Infrastructure for Motorola Flex CAD/RMS” and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid price.

The bid bond shall bind the bidder into a contract to perform the work. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state (W.S. 16-6-102 through 16-6-107).

All Bidders are additionally notified of the provisions of W.S. 15-1-113 which are incorporated herein by this reference. A current copy of the Wyoming Certificate of Residency is required.

Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after opening. It is understood the City of Riverton may reject any and all Bids, make substitutions and waive any formalities and technicalities as will be in its best interest.
