RFQ - Request for Qualifications: Architectural Design Services – Jackson Hole Fire & EMS - Fire Station Eight

The new Fire Station #8 will be an approximately 9,000-gross-square-foot, purpose-built building and will include the associated sitework and utilities. The proposed program is to include the following: a 3-4 bay fire station with second-level housing. The Project site is located at 947 N. Spring Gulch Rd, Jackson, Wyoming.

The “Hard Cost” or construction budget for the project is approximately $6.5M, and includes site work, construction, general conditions, and overhead & profit. “Soft Costs,” including design & engineering, permitting, FF&E, technology, contingency, 3rd party testing & inspections, etc., will be in addition to the Hard Costs, and will be maintained by the Owner.
