RFP #0068-N - Resource Augmentation RFP

The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals to establish approved vendor master agreements with qualified vendors to provide staff augmentation and resource capacity services to state agencies on an as-needed basis.

The scope encompasses a broad catalog of services, technical, and operational labor roles; including IT services, project management, accessibility engineers, and specialized support that agencies can leverage to supplement internal resources for the State of Wyoming,Department of Enterprise Technology Services (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on November 12, 2026. The technical proposal, Section 9 Vendor Verification Signature Page and Pricing and Delivery Schedule (Attachment C) should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on October 26, 2026.

Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m.

MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.

It is the bidder/proposer’s responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation. The Wyoming Procurement Office will not email, report over the phone, fax or mail this information to a bidder or proposer.
