RFQu - Const. #PR-2027-01 - Request for Qualifications: General Contractor for MLK Park Project Construction

The City of Corvallis, Oregon (the “City”) will receive mandatory prequalification applications for construction of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Park Enhancement Project prior to issuance of the Invitation to Bid for the project. M andatory prequalification of bidders is required for this project.

A bid will not be received or considered from any person that has not been prequalified by the City for the class of work identified below. CLASS OF WORK FOR PREQUALIFICATION. General construction of park and site improvements, including work performed within or adjacent to jurisdictional wetlands and waterways under regulated in-water work periods. ABOUT THE PROJECT: The work consists of renovation and new construction at Dr.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Park in Corvallis, Oregon. Work includes, but is not limited to: site grading and stormwater improvements; parking, driveway and multimodal path construction; crushed rock trails; a boardwalk on pin foundations crossing wetland areas; culvert crossings at Lamprey Creek; playground, water feature and sport court; shade structures; a field fabricated restroom building; a sanitary lift station; irrigation; site electrical; planting and restoration; and related work.
